Thruster Hitler / Power Bias WOD

This isn't going to make much sense unless you know what a thruster is, and that some critics of CrossFit don't rate them very highly.

All at 80kg (bodyweight)

Then as many rounds as possible in ten minutes of

5 front squats 70kg
10 pull ups
15 push ups

4 rounds flat.
